The villa is on the Casas del Sol development in Playa Blanca. Casas del Sol is opposite the harbour and benefits from large areas of mature gardens. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up. Part of the complex is on the flat and part is on a gentle incline which provides some of the properties with good views. A solar heated swimming pool and children`s pool form the centre of the development with sun beds and shade by the pool. The reception is staffed 7 days a week until midnight and there is a small store for essential groceries also open late. Tennis courts are to the rear of the complex. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

Playa Blanca is situated on the southern tip of Lanzarote and benefits from the best of the weather on the island. The location of Casas del Sol is exellent as it is very central being only a few minutes walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants.
