    A quality 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with large rooftop solarium, front patio and garden with space to park a car. It is situated on the new development of Marina del Mar and is twenty minutes walk from the main centre of the urbanization. There are two communal pools on the development. The property is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker, toaster, etc. All bedding and towels are supplied. On the solarium there are four sun loungers, table and chairs and even a shower to cool down! A small barbeque is provided if you want to eat Al Fresco.

    La Marina is 20 minutes from Alicante and 5 minutes from the Blue Flag beach. The local amenities include banks, supermarkets, snooker club, bowls, gym and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. There are several golf courses nearby.
