Apartment Sea Feliz is a first floor holiday home. It has its own large, private roof solarium, with views to the sea and has a built in BBQ and sun loungers. There is also a south-facing balcony at the front of the premises with table and chairs. Accommodation includes one double room, one twin room, large living area with double sofa bed and a TV showing English channels. Bed linen and towels are all supplied with the exception of Beach Towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board and all usual fittings. The bathroom has a bath / shower and the traditional bidet! Behind the apartment is an immaculate communal swimming pool that, along with the apartment, was only built in 2002. The EEC Blue Flag Beaches at Cabo Roig are 15-20 minutes walk away or a 2 minute drive with a wide variety of restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk.

Cabo Roig. The resort of Cabo Roig is 35 min south of Alicante airport and 15 min north of Murcia airport. The two separate beaches provide a sea front walk that by passes the beautiful Marina with its exquisite sea front restaurant.
