    Property description

    The accomodation is self contained in the upper floor of a villa. You will have lovely mountain views from your private terrace. There are 2 gardens, 1 with lots of fruit trees that you are welcome to pick the fruit. we have a lovely pool which has been reformed.(the pool is shared but only by the owner on occaisons). The owners are on site to give you any help or advice so you can enjoy this lovely area to the full. If you are house hunting we can put you in touch with spanish agents who give great service at great prices.

    We are located above the historic city of Xativa with its marble streets and roads. there is a wonderful castle on the mountain, also a train to take you there. lots of quaint shops & cafes in the old town & all the larger shops and bars in the new town
