This small house situated inside a two acre finca, surrounded by an oak forest is perfect for relaxing and recharging. Deep restful sleep usually ended by the enchanting morning birdsong. You are totally surrounded by nature .Flora and fauna are abundant.Ideal for birdwatching .Almost totally private,it is possible to be there a week without seeing a single person. The small, single bedroomed house is spacious and comfortable although there are some restrictions with the amenities.You will be drinking and using mountain spring water famous in these parts.Solar heating and power. Access by car is along a mountain track to within 100 metres but a walk to the village takes 30 minutes through more stunning scenery along the banks of the River Guadiaro. The village (El Colmenar/ Estacion de Gaucin )has a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a railway station on the internationally famous Algeciras - Ronda railway line. If you want to be more active there are a multitude of walks in any direction. You will be met in the village by my English speaking representatives, shown to the location and then left in peace
