    Entry to the property from the driveway is up four steps to the front door that opens into the spacious hall. The extremely large living room with beamed ceiling is to the right of the hall that is comfortably furnished with ample seating, coffee tables and TV. The dining area is to the rear of the living room and again is nicely furnished with a dining room suite. The dining area then leads into a glazed terrace with its relaxing furniture and looks out onto the swimming pool, barbeque house and citrus groves. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen breakfast room with its table and banquet seating is off the dining area with a utility room to the right of the kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is next to the kitchen breakfast room with access also from the hall. This bedroom can also be used as a sitting room. The 2 main double bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are to the left of the hall. Both these bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of room for clothes. One of the bathrooms has a bath and separate shower cubicle whilst the other has a bath with shower. The remaining 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom are in a self contained apartment with its own entrance from the side of the villa. Entry to the pool area, barbeque and sun terraces is from the glazed terrace or directly from outside the villa. The barbeque house is fitted with electric and gas hobs and oven and a sink with running water. There is ample pool furniture on the terraces.

    This large spacious villa is built on a flat plot and is situated in a rural location but within walking distance of Javea’s Port and Old Town districts. The beautiful sandy beach at the Arenal is only a 5 minute drive away.
