Located on the south coast of Lanzarote, Las Brisas is a well established complex of bungalows originally developed by Wimpey. The complex has been credited as a R.C.I. Gold Crown Resort. Las Brisas has a large heated swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, a separate childrens pool, a childrens play area and 2 tennis courts. Overlooking the pool is the reception building including a snack bar, bar and restaurant, indoor games room and shop. Las Brisas is only a five minute walk from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Playa Blanca. The bungalow includes sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue. It is well appointed with an all electric kitchen comprising oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven along with a full range of crockery and cutlery. The comfortable living area includes a dining table and chairs, a colour television with satellite reception and a telephone. There is a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The bedroom has two single beds, supplied with bed linen and towels, there is plenty of storage space, mosquito blind to the window and the option of air con for 25 euros per week. There is a separate bathroom. Pool towels are also provided although a refundable deposit is required on your arrival. The change over day is Thursday.
