From the road, entry to the property is through a set of double gates into a large driveway and parking area and access to the villa is gained through a double locked wooden door in the perimeter wall. The villa is on one level with sleeping accommodation for 5 people comprising one double, one twin and one single bedroom. Entry to the villa is from the pool terrace. There are two bathrooms with one en-suite to the master bedroom. The living area is roomy and bright with access to an outside balcony. The kitchen has been recently modernised and comprises gas hob and electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The pool is 8x4 metres with large surrounding terrace areas and is not overlooked and has poolside and terrace lighting for evening entertaining. There is also an outside barbecue and kitchen area. The garden area is expansive.

Casa Del Luz is situated on the hilltop area of Tabaira with sea and hill views. The Rock of Ifach can also be seen from the villa. As its name suggests the villa has uninterrupted sunshine from morning till sunset.
