Three bedroom apartment, Sleeps Six + Travel Cot All dates available, inbox with your prefered dates. Prices start from £225 upto £500 Familys and couples only, no hen or stag partys. A Short term Rental Agreement and 30% deposit of the full payment (non-refundable) to secure the reservation. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period to finalize the reservation, Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations will result in the loss of payments made as they are non-refundable. We would require a £100 security bond, that is returned to you within 48 hrs once you have left the appartment, and it has been inspected to make sure there is no damage. All breakages to be paid for. A Rental Agreement must be signed once dates and deposit has been agreed. Please treat with respect. You are responsible for your own Travel Insurance and E11 Health Cards.
