| The Villa is an award winning Greek Style Villa and has two bedrooms, both with king-sized beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin. The upper bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The living room has a large sofa, armchair with footstool, Sat TV (including British Channels, Sky and kids). There is a sitting room with two leather reclining chairs with foot stools, and a stereo system with CD/Radio/Tape. The dining conservatory has a table and four chairs.
There is a fully fitted American kitchen and galleria, complete with electric fan oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, large fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board.
Outside on the ground floor is off road parking and an enclosed terrace, ideal for alfresco dining and sunbathing. On the upper floor the bedroom leads out onto the solarium terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. There is a communal swimming pool which is open all year round.
The Villa is cleaned for your arrival and on your departure. Bed linen and house towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels for use when you are sunbathing or swimming on the beach or by the pool.
The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Playa Flamenca, and offers first class accommodation for those seeking summer or winter holidays. It contains all the facilities of a comfortable holiday home. |
