| Entry to the property from the road is by a lockable front iron security gate along the path by the side of the pool to the front entrance door located in the naya (covered terrace). The front door leads into the dining room with the living room to the right, the kitchen opposite and a corridor on the left leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bright comfortable living room has a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV and feature fireplace with log burner. The windows look out on to the garden at the side.
The dining room has a dining suite, sideboard and a tall dresser. The window looks out on to the pool area. Each bedroom is a double and has built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and bath. There is also a separate shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all necessary appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Outside the garden is well stocked and there are trees to give shaded areas. There is a large built barbeque at the side of the pool with sun beds and other garden and pool furniture.
