The Arenal is a wide sandy beach offering safe bathing and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops - equally lively during the daytime and at night. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are also most attractive areas, and well worth a visit, and two golf courses are just a short drive away.
