| Entry to the property from the road is along a short path and through the front entrance door into a small hall area. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are on the left hand side and both have built in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 is a double and bedroom 2 a twin. The bathroom is also off the hall and has a bath and shower. The American style fitted kitchen is on the right hand side and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is also a utility room which houses the washing machine, iron & board, clothes airer and cleaning equipment. The living dining room is to the rear of the villa and is comfortably furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV, video recorder, sideboards, dining table and 6 chairs. A door from the living dining room leads out on to the terrace which is mostly uncovered but has a covered area for shade. Outside there is also a terrace area with a fixed barbeque. This villa also has a car parking space. |
