| Situated in a cul-de-sac on a quiet urbanisation in Denia this is a spacious luxury villa built on two levels and is tastefully furnished and decorated. Entry to the villa from road level is through a set of double security gates and up an exterior staircase to the front door on the front terrace that has a table and chairs. Bedroom 3 and a shower room are off the living room at the front next to the staircase to the first floor. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets and a chair. The shower room has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet, wall cabinet and towel rack. On the first floor there is a terrace with a table and chairs off the landing. Bedroom 2 is to the right at the top of the stairs and has twin beds, built in wardrobes, dressing table, wall display unit, chair, 2 bedside lamps and a wall mirror. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, toilet, wall mirror and towel rack. Bedroom 1 is directly opposite the top of the stairs and has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps and 2 chairs.
