| Situated in the quiet Los Molinos area overlooking the charming Spanish town of Benitachell and near to Moraira this is a self contained 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the living area. The property is built on two levels with the apartment occupying the ground floor. Occupants of the apartment have full use of the private pool, terracing and garden. The beautiful towns and sandy beaches of Javea and Moraira are both only a 15 min drive away. Benitachell is only a 5 min drive away and has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There is easy car parking at the property.
Entry to the property from road level is down an exterior staircase and along a path to the entrance door. The door leads directly into the bright living, dining and kitchen area furnished with a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, TV, cabinet, CD player and dining table with stools. The kitchen has a two ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and board and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a fridge freezer and washing machine in a separate utility room. The door at the back of the living area leads into a lobby with built in wardrobes and a shower room to the left with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. The bedroom is to the right of the lobby and is a double with bedside cabinets and dressing table.
Outside there is a well stocked and maintained garden with a pond. The pool is to the rear of the property with terraced areas and sun loungers. There are wonderful views to the distant mountains and sea.
