It is a 4 bedroom detached villa that sleeps up to eight people and is only a ten minute drive from the beach, bars and restaurants of either the Port area, the old historic centre or the Arenal Beach areas of Javea. The villa is set at the foot of the Montgo Mountain and has magnificent panoramic views. There is ample driveway car parking.
Entry to the property from the road is through a lockable iron gate and across the driveway to the front door that leads into the hall. This then leads you into the extremely large comfortably furnished living room with a Tosca stone arch leading to the dining room to the left. The kitchen with its centre island is to the left of the dining room and is fully fitted and equipped with all necessary appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The utility room is off to the left of the kitchen. Glazed doors from the dining room lead you onto the covered terraces and pool area that give magnificent panoramic views. The terraces are also comfortably furnished and have suitable dining furniture for outside eating. Sunloungers are provided around the pool.
Turning right from the hall leads you to the bedroom wing with all 4 bedrooms located around a unique exterior central courtyard with covered walkways. The master bedroom has a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with bedrooms 2 & 3 having en-suite shower rooms. There is also a family shower room in this area. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.
