The beautiful town and sandy beaches of Moraira are less than a 10 minute drive away with it’s large variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There is easy car parking at the villa.
Entry to the property from road level is through a set of security gates, along a driveway and up a few steps to the covered terrace and then through the front door into the dining room. The comfortably furnished living room with panoramic views from the windows is to the right of the dining room with the American style fully fitted and equipped kitchen to the left. At the rear of the living dining room are the 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with bedroom 1 having an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The covered terrace (naya) overlooks the pool and is suitably furnished and also has magnificent panoramic views. Wide terraces surround the beautiful swimming pool and there are two other terraces at the side of the villa. Beside the pool there is a pool room with shower and basin and storage facilities. There is an internal staircase that leads up to the living area.
