| Villa 'Montana Vista' is a private, family owned villa located in the Northern Costa Blanca community of Monte Pego, set in the stunning mountains overlooking Denia. Monte Pego is considered to be one of the most beautiful, rural and exclusive residential communities in the Costa Blanca, established for over 20 years. It is renowned for its superb year round climate and wonderful clear night sky. In general, the summers are slightly cooler and less humid than the Costa Del Sol, with the winters dryer, less windy and sunnier. In fact, the World Health Organisation has proclaimed that the Moraira, Javea and Denia Peninsula of the Costa Blanca as 'one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world'.

25% Deposit required to confirm booking, remainder 4 weeks prior to holiday start. £150 refundable damage deposit also required.
Price includes 2.5hr final cleaning & preparation - this is normal allocation for the property being left in a reasonable state. Excessive cleaning will be charged at £12/hr (local rates) and deducted from the deposit.
